OTINGA AI Automation approached Soniti to implement a modern website to kickstart their business. OTINGA also entrusted us with crafting a modern logo. Their preference for a tech-savvy, minimalistic design guided our daily collaboration, ensuring all their requirements were met. Recognising the importance of attracting and retaining leads, we identified and integrated a web chat and booking plugin seamlessly into the website.

The Solution
In crafting a WordPress website tailored to our client’s unique specifications, we seamlessly integrated a sophisticated black and green colour scheme, with green serving as the vibrant accent colour. As we were creating the logo we succeeded in capturing the OTINGA ambiance. We meticulously selected assets that perfectly complemented the website’s ambience, ensuring a cohesive and professional visual narrative.
To enhance the brand’s identity, we divided the entire website into 5-6 pages, optimising navigation and user experience. All pages were tested on 5 different devices in 3 different modes. (mobile, desktop, tablet) Going the extra mile, we designed custom graphs to align seamlessly with the brand, and through skilful Photoshop work, fine-tuned selected images to harmonise with the overall aesthetic.
We’ve integrated Calendly for people to book introductory meetings directly from the website. On top of that, we’ve also included a modern web chat provided by Tidio, which OTINGA can use to directly speak to the end user.
Beyond the creative process, the true highlight of this project was cultivating a genuine relationship with our client. In our communication we strive to overcome the typical client-agency dynamic, fostering an atmosphere of partnership. This made working on the project feel like collaborating with friends rather than merely executing a task.
In enhancing your WordPress site, we gave special attention to vital SEO components such as alt text, meta descriptions, and title tags. Speed was a significant focus, aiming for a minimum 95% performance score on Lighthouse, a goal we successfully achieved.
